Terms and Conditions for The "Love Livista" ("Contest") is organized by Land & General Berhad ("Organizer"). 1. Organizer

The "Love Livista" ("Contest") is organized by Land & General Berhad ("Organizer").

2. Eligibility
2.1 This Contest is open to all citizens of Malaysia aged 18 years and above as of 21st April 2025 with Malaysian MyKad or valid Malaysian Driving License.
2.2 Employees of the Organizer and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
2.3 The Organizer reserves its absolute the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

3. Contest Period
3.1 The Contest begins on 21st April 2025, 12.30 P.M. and ends on 20th July 2025, 12.00 A.M. ("Contest Period").
3.2 Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be considered.

4. Steps to Participate
4.1 To participate in the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:
Step 1 - Book: Book a slot to shoot the video at Livista Sales Gallery.
Step 2 - Shoot: Shoot a video at Livista Sales Gallery.
Step 3 - Mention: Mention 3 things you Love about Livista in the Video
Step 4 - Post: Post & share the Tiktok Video in our TikTok page. Ensure the account is public.
• Entries must be clear, complete, and accurate. Any Incomplete or unclear submissions will be disqualified by the Organizer.
• The participant who successfully completes Step 1 to 4 and the first 10 video to be submitted will be eligible for RM100 TNGO Voucher.

5. Terms & Conditions Agreement
5.1 Participants are required to read and understand the full Terms and Conditions on a separate page attached herein.
5.2 Participants must acknowledge and tick a checkbox confirming their agreement to the Terms and Conditions before starting the shooting.
5.3 Failure to agree to the Terms and Conditions will disqualify participation in the Contest.

6. Prizes
6.1 The Contest prizes are as per stated below:
• Grand Prize: RM2,000 Cash
• 1st Runner-Up Prize: RM1,500 Cash
• 2nd Runner-Up Prize: RM200 Cash
• 10x Special Prizes: RM100 TNGO Voucher to first 10 videos that is uploaded
6.2 The Organiser will reach out to the winners via email and/or text message after the winners announcement. Should there be no response from the winner within five (5) days after the Organiser’s email and/or text message, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner and proceed to choose a new winner.
6.3 Participants may be asked to provide proof of identity for verification purposes. The name on the identification must match the name registered during gameplay. Accepted forms of identification include a Malaysian identity card or a valid Malaysian driving license. Failure to present valid proof of identity will lead to disqualification.
6.4 The prize(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as stated in Clause 6.1).
6.5 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with other items of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected based on the most creative video & most viewed and completion of all correctly completed steps as specified in Clause 4 above.
7.2 The Organizer’s decision is final, binding, and strictly not subject to appeal or dispute.
7.3 The winner will be notified via email by Land & General Berhad. Failure to respond within five (5) days of notification may result in disqualification, and the next eligible participant will be selected. This clause is to be read alongside Clauses 6.1 to 6.3 above.

8. Participant Responsibilities
8.1 Participants must ensure all personal information’s and details provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
8.2 Participants shall not submit any fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate content. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification. The Organizer reserves their rights on this matter .

9. Organizer Rights
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to:
a) Cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest, its terms, or any part of the Contest at any time without prior notice;
b) Disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions;
c) By participating in the Contest, participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the submitted content (photos, videos, and captions) for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes across all media, including but not limited to social media, websites, print, and digital platforms, without further compensation or notice.
(d) the Participate also acknowledge the need for the organizer to process personal data belonging to the participant or any other persons for purposes of this Contest. The Participant irrevocably grants the organizer rights to process their personal data and do the necessary verification of the data to any third party, if required.
9.2 The Participant agrees that the Organizer shall not be responsible for any technical errors, delays, omissio or issues arising from the usage of any and/or all third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik tok email etc .

10. Disclaimer
10.1 Participants agree that they enter the Contest at their own freewill and at their own risk. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for:
a) Any losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising from participation in the Contest;
b) Unauthorized access to participant submissions or data;
c) Issues due to incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries.
d) The participant irrevocably agrees that the Organizer shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any omissions, errors or inaccuracies in any form, nor for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss and/ or damage, negligence and /or or any loss of profits resulting from direct or indirect actions of tis participation

11. Personal Data Protection
11.1 By participating in the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for Contest purposes in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
11.2 Personal data will only be used for Contest-related communications and marketing activities by the Organizer.

12. General
12.1 By participating in the Contest, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other third party platform. Participants acknowledge that they are providing all information to the Organizer at their own free will.
12.3 In the event of any dispute(s) whatsoever, the decision by Land & General Berhad on all matters relating to these campaign and Terms and Conditions shall be final, conclusive and binding and no complaints/disputes whatsoever shall be entertained.
12.4 Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Malaysian law.
